All information in real time
Dansk AMP offers the companies admitted to trading the opportunity of distributing information directly to the market in real time. Via an electronic information module, the companies at Dansk AMP have the option of publishing information directly to the market – there is thus no intermediary between the sender and the recipient of such information.

Determination of the value of the company
During the process preceding the initial public offering, the values and the qualities of the company are assessed in a structured and proper manner. Once the company has been admitted to trading, the subsequent trading will show the specific market value of the company. This amount will often be higher than expected at the initial public offering. A company admitted to trading at Dansk AMP will experience increased attention from both investors and the media. Such increased attention on the qualities of the company may contribute to a higher demand for the shares than expected by the company prior to the initial public offering. Through admission to trading at Dansk AMP the company will thus achieve a better valuation and increased media and investor attention.

Respect for the managerial freedom of the companies
In our opinion, admission to trading on a regulated market should not result in heavy, tiresome and unnecessary administrative burdens/costs. Dansk AMP therefore conducts a professional, constructive and forthcoming continuous dialogue with the companies admitted to trading so that our mutual expectations are coordinated in the best possible way.

Trading on a regulated market
Dansk AMP is a regulated European market. This means that the companies admitted to trading are to provide quality information of an international standard which is appreciated by the investors because it enhances the credibility of the corporate information provided. The investors are thus given the best information basis for making investments, which stimulates investor interest in the companies and improves the liquidity in the shares. At the same time the admission to trading in a regulated European market has a positive rub-off effect on the companies’ international profile as the objectivity of the companies’ financial and political announcements generates international respect.

Focus on small and medium-sized companies
Dansk AMP focuses exclusively on small and medium-sized companies. The full value of the individual company is displayed, and the company’s products and quality are published to a wider circle through its ongoing publication of company releases. In other regulated markets, small and medium-sized companies will not be given the same attention by the market as the focus will be mainly on large, ultra-liquid companies in these markets.

Diversified ownership
An initial public offering will enable the company to reach a far bigger circle of owners, which may in turn stimulate an increased demand for shares in the company which can affect the share price positively. At the same time, going public enhances the company’s possibility of working out schemes for issuing employee shares, management incentive programmes or of effecting partial payment in shares in the event of corporate acquisitions. Moreover, there will be good chances of subsequently carrying out capital increases for continued growth and development as, for example, the existing shareholders wish to achieve a good return on their investment and new shareholder may gain access to participating in verifiable, proper commercial progress, which at Dansk AMP is secured by everybody having access to all information on the company’s historical performance.

Structured financing
Capital may help the company to grow big in Denmark or to grow internationally. A well-structured capital basis is particularly important in growth companies, thus allowing the company commercial freedom to continue expanding. A company is in a freer position to make the right decisions if it is not constrained by excessive debts. The structuring of the equity capital through ongoing share issues via Dansk AMP will provide the company with commercial freedom to act with a financial strength that would otherwise not be available to small and medium-sized companies on the ordinary loan market. Many companies could profitably use the stock market to attract new equity capital in stead of – or in combination with – incurring new debts. Through admission to trading at Dansk AMP, the company’s management is ensured greater freedom to implement strategic decisions focusing on growth and development at its own initiative.
